The unique hierarchical category concept allows you to categorize your images into albums and categories using any kind of criteria. IMatch includes a powerful image editor, a batch processing tool, batch renaming features and a very powerful contact sheet builder. It fully supports the IPTC, XMP, and EXIF metadata standards, and even supports over 400 EXIF maker notes from all major vendors.

What makes IMatch really unique is the power and flexibility when it comes to searching your digital image collection. Besides the normal search criteria, IMatch allows you to search for IPTC, XMP and EXIF information, and even for images using visual similarity or other visual features. It is an Open System, and allows you to import and export data from and to other applications easily.

The built-in scripting language allows you to extend the functionality of IMatch, and to automate frequent tasks. Many scripts are already in the box, and others can be downloaded and shared on the IMatch user forum. It also includes a powerful web photo gallery feature. This feature enables you to create online photo galleries, using your folders, IPTC/XMP/EXIF data or categories to navigate. The existing templates can be easily adjusted to match your layout or colors.
