EzSetup 2.0

Each installer contains a customizable readme and license agreement section. The installers are compressed, self-contained, self-extracting and can be created in several languages.

This is a command-line tool with some parameters keys. If you want to create an installer, just run this with the desired parameters. It will then provide the CAB, readme and license agreement files. It will create an EXE file that can be copied to ActiveSync for installation.
