From the depth of space, in the year 2010, comes HAL: the emulator that is. This nifty little program gives your startup a whole new look, and HAL's voice lets you know when the startup is complete. Version 1.3 takes control over other startup items and adds a NES feature, the StartupScreen Randomizer. It also comes with a set of three images.
